Hero In Me

During the Space Race between the U.S and the U.S.S.R., there were a number of missions before the infamous APOLLO missions called, PROJECT GEMINI. They were used as research and training for a moon landing that John F. Kennedy at that time had been pushing for incessantly. During the final GEMINI mission, GEMINI XII, Buzz Aldrin had not only set an orbital record for EVA (Extra-Vehicular Activity or "Space Walk") but also launched a vessel, HERCULES, as a part of the Top-Secret Mission: Project Hero. This vessel consisted of five pods that contained vital information to our civilization and our way of life. It was used primarily to communicate with potential extraterrestrial life. Nothing has been heard of the HERCULES vessel since it was sent into orbit 50 years ago. Until now... With music being regurgitated and sounding the same without any meaning behind it nowadays, the debut EP “ACT I: REVEAL” from HERO IN ME is cause to alter that very belief. With heavy, groove-influenced breakdowns and riffage as if Adam D. and Thin Lizzy had a love child, this EP will be the start of something fresh in the metal world.  ?Heavy, aggressive metal with crushing breakdowns, groove filled riffs, technical drums, a powerful message and a unique concept. Not your traditional Metalcore record. HERO IN ME is: Kaleo James: Vocals Ian Avina: Guitars/Backup Vocals/Bass/Drum Programming All Music Performed by: Ian Avina and Kaleo James Lyrics Written and Arranged by: Ian Avina Produced by: Ian Avina and Kaleo James

Homestead Heroic is a community of like-minded individuals, based around homesteading and all that entails. Here at Homestead Heroic, we will cover all topics regarding homesteading and preparedness, including gardening, livestock care, shooting & training, reloading, security, faith and politics. I know many of these topics can be very challenging, which is why I preface everything with "this is my opinion". \n\nI consider myself a fiscally conservative, socially progressive, but ultimately libertarian in mindset. Having grown up in the woods of northern Wisconsin, I learned early on what it meant to work hard, respect your elders, and love unconditionally. I now apply that foundation to this community and it\'s members, as well as my content.\n
