Welcome to my channel. I'm Shinda, subscribe for free, quick, resistance follow-along workout routines that can be done anywhere. This channel is great for busy professionals and/or parents. It's also great for folks that need a push to get started, or workouts and exercises to add to their current routine. These workouts can stand alone, or be added to an existing routine. Bachelor's & Master's degreed, I’m a 3x certified personal / group trainer with 18 yrs of experience. I’m also certified in Sports Nutrition by NESTA and TRX Suspension Training. I’m an IFBB Pro (Bikini Bodybuilding Pro) with 5, 1st place National Physique Committee (NPC) titles and two top 10 placements as a Pro. I'm an introvert that loves to talk, a slight techie that also loves family, exercising, the outdoors, to eat, travel, read and watch documentaries. Grateful to be able to produce content on all manner of subjects. I have a sceptical view of all thing mainstream, as well as a huge appreciation for the blessing we receive from our loving Creator. I have been a regular content producer on YouTube, and for a long while my channel was called Bobby Zines but before that (and currently) my YT channel is known as ObeLines. Also, don't be surprised if you see cats on this channel, and I will probably get onto the subject of dreams. I hope you enjoy, and always welcome hearing from those that come across my content.
