Founded in response to increasing government overreach, we aim to empower Canadians to stand on their lawful rights through education, information regarding legal principles, and peaceful and lawful action. What We Do: Stand4THEE offers researched information and advocacy tools to help Canadians navigate legal and bureaucratic systems, especially in situations involving unjust mandates, bylaws, and emergency measures. Our work includes: Public Education We host webinars, publish informational resources, and provide plain-language legal insights to help Canadians understand their lawful rights and responsibilities. Legal Support We assist individuals and groups on how to prepare affidavits, motions, and court filings, including support for self-represented litigants challenging violations of due process or unlawful government actions. Advocacy Campaigns Stand4THEE organizes and supports peaceful demonstrations, letter-writing campaigns, and public initiatives aimed at holding government institutions accountable. Community Empowerment We connect Canadians with like-minded advocates, legal researchers, and support networks across the country to foster resilience and build a strong community. Who We Help: Stand4THEE aims to assist individuals and communities facing coercion or legal challenges due to: Unlawful enforcement of health mandates or emergency orders Threats to bodily autonomy Denial of access to services or facilities based on personal beliefs Municipal overreach and unjust bylaw enforcement Challenges related to freedom of speech, religion, or peaceful assembly Our Approach: We work within the legal framework, focusing on common law, natural rights, and due process, to help individuals assert their lawful position without relying on political systems or party affiliations. We believe that lawful resistance, informed action, and a return to constitutional principles are the keys to reclaiming freedom in Canada.
