Welcome to the channel - where I will discuss politics, history, and philosophy from an American perspective. I will focus mainly on politics in the US and I will also draw upon both history and philosophy to tie it all together and better understand politics today, help to unfold why certain things are happening, what people can do now to solve the issues of today.

We will explore existing ideas, review, and examine the already established American values our country was founded on, the principles in the US Constitution, and the current state of the nation. This country is the most divided it has ever been in recent decades, and the extreme rhetoric on either side of the spectrum, especially on social media, is getting out of control. It is my belief that we need to dial back the emotional reactions, look at the real facts, expose the lies, and seek the truth, even if the truth is inconvenient for one side or the other.

We must unite our country, and heal this divide.
