Melanie Norton was thrust into the political sphere in 2016. She had just published her first book on social issues "Where Is Your Mother, The Search for Morality in America" when Donald Trump announced he would be running for President. In an effort to promote her book and announce tour dates, Melanie started doing Facebook Live and it took on a life of its own. For more than a decade Melanie has stood firm in her values and beliefs. That passion and experience is now being channeled into American Gothic on Rumble, focusing on Faith, Family, and Freedom. This channel has been in conception for quite some time, due to rising political tensions, social insanity, and personal life changes. All hesitancy was removed on September 10, 2025 after the assassination of Charlie Kirk.
