Description

We are a small family farm in the Appalachian mountains of PA. We practice regenerative organic production methods, management-intensive grazing for our dexter cattle. Our enhanced Delaware dual purpose chickens are regularly moved and free ranging on pasture providing our family and customers both meat and eggs. We utilize no till gardening methods to grow organic vegetables. We use a variety of processing methods to preserve and store what we grow and raise on farm including water bath canning, freeze drying, freezing, and dehydrating.
