Joe Martin, born in Queens, New York, son of big band era Billy Martin of the well known "Billy Martins" Country Club Orchestra, in the 1920's, first orchestra to go on the radio in the Bronx, NY.

Joe's songwriting are his observations about people, places and things covering political humor, comedy, satire and some songs on the serious side. Joe writes the words then picks the title and decides the music genre according to the feeling of his songs, hence, the music could be stone country to rap.

Joe plays guitar, bass guitar, drums, soprano, tenor, baritone sax, keyboards and fiddle. All the music and vocals on his CD’S are done by Joe Martin.

Joe has played forty-eight states plus Mexico, Canada and Thule, Greenland.

Performed 1968, 69, 70 & 71 several times per year at the Golden Nugget, Las Vegas. Joe moved to Las Vegas in 1987 playing many venues such as Don Laughlin's Riverside Casino, Laughlin, NV, Gold Strike, Nevada Landing Casino's, Hacienda, StarDust and other casino's and clubs in the area. During that time his record "Our Songs Part I & II," did very well in sales.

Joe's performing career includes working with such notables as, Ray Sharpe (Linda Lou), Champs (Tequila) Charlie Pride (Snakes Crawl At Night), O.C. Smith ( Little Green Apples), The Cowsils (Hair), Oliver (Jean) and comedian Louie Nye.

Joe loves America and has formatted a patriotic show of sorts, featuring songs he has written and some well know patriotic songs as well as his tribute to Johnny Cash and Waylon and Willie Shows. His critics say close your eyes and you you’ll think Johnny, Waylon & Willie are actually on stage.

His show will have you laughing, cheering, yelling, clapping and crying.
