I am a Muslim, I reverted to Islam back in 1998 from the Drikung Kagyu lineage of Tibetan Buddhism and yes my real last name is Templar, that is how I came up with the name for this channel.

And No, I don't know where the Templar Treasure is. I wouldn't be living paycheck to paycheck if I did.

I am also a lover of history. Especially the history of Islam. Particularly the Rashidun, Abbasid and Ottoman Caliphates as well as the history of Imperial China, Ancient Rome and Egypt, the Vikings, the Druids, the Gokturks and the Mongols.

I also study the Naqshbandi-Haqqani path of Sufism.

I am a casual gamer. I like Open World RPGs the most, such as the Assassin's Creed games, Baldur's Gate 3, The Witcher 3. And I also enjoy some MMORPGs such as, SWTOR, LOTRO, Age of Conan, Warhammer Online and some others.

I also enjoy reading fantasy novels, The Forgotten Realms and The Hyborian Age (Conan stories) are my favorite and I also enjoy reading the works of HP Lovecraft.
