As of April 4-23-25, I will soon be a sixty-nine-year young man, interested in "all things health" since I was fifteen years old! I have a YouTube channel with over 3,500 subscribers. I had a video there that had over 300,000 views about parasites in a water only fast but deleted it. I might not know a lot about a lot of things. But I know quite a little about "most things health". : )

Unfortunately ScrewTube keeps flagging my "free speech" so I am soon not using YouTube any longer to showcase my Benzo videos. Screw Tube does not seem to realize that dissenting views do not constitute their so called "misinformation" or "disinformation". Those two along with "hate speech" are actually constitutionally protected rights, under our 1st Amendment of the US constitution! You may not like what I say, or visa versa, but we have the God given right to say it with few exceptions!

Some of the things I am passionate about are eating organic, supplements, diet, detoxification, infrared sauna, extended water only fasts, water or air purification and a lot more.

"FREE "Worldwide outreach" so to speak. Helping people to navigate Benzodiazepine/Psyche drug withdrawal effects and providing them emotional support. Having had a bad protracted Benzo experience myself.

I do not give any medical or tapering advice, but I do feel that have a unique understanding of Benzo withdrawal, from the prospective of having over 2,000 people share their Benzo journey with me thus far. I also suffered a work-related solvent exposure in 1998 that retired me with a diagnosis of Toxic Encephalopathy (or drain bramage from chemicals)! Also having acquired MCS or (Multiple Chemical Sensitivity Syndrome) from sed exposure. I have been medically retired ever since 1998. So be careful taking any advice from me! LOLO!
