We The Patriots USA, Inc., founded in 2020 by Dawn Jolly and Brian Festa, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to defending constitutional and civil rights. Headquartered in Caldwell, Idaho, the organization provides pro bono legal assistance to individuals facing violations of their freedoms and educates the public on constitutional rights through podcasts, a vaccine safety awareness marathon, social media, a Monday evening Constitution course, and nationwide events. Their mission is to stand up for those resisting tyranny, emphasizing faith, family, health, truth, and freedom. Operating without political affiliations or lobbying, they focus on advocacy and education. Led by Jolly, a 9/11 Navy veteran, and Festa, a civil rights attorney, the organization addresses issues like health freedom, inspired by personal experiences, such as Festa’s son’s vaccine injury. We The Patriots USA aims to preserve God-given rights and empower citizens against encroachments on liberty.
