Meme Vehicle: The Swedish Bloop Tube

Everyone knows this as just another derp vehicle, but it is one of the more unique ones among them. The odd recoilless 150mm. What purpose does it serve? It's much weaker than the rest of its peers, so perhaps it is simply like this to keep itself from tearing apart (if it had a real 150mm)?
