Lady Tyrant Put In Her Place. Ego Check. Flexing Rights. Unconstitutional Orders. MBTA Salem. Boston

This was on June 3rd at approximately 1:26, at the Salem train depot on the inbound train towards Boston, in Salem Massachusetts. Here in Massachusetts most of the restrictions and guidelines have been listed to match the CDC guidelines except for public buildings, transportation and a few others. With all of these guidelines come some sort of exemptions besides what is written within the Constitution. As I boarded the train the conductor tried to stop me from boarding the train because I was not wearing wearing a mask.

As she approached me to get my fare she tried forcing me Is to wear a mask and I would not take the mask from her so she dropped it towards my bike onto the floor. I brought up their policy from the MBTA website and showed it to her. I let her look at my phone to read the policy she did not like what she read so she dropped my phone on the floor and acted as if it was a mistake, sarcastically saying "opps, sorry".

She would not identify herself for me to put in a formal complaint and went down to the other conductor to have him now take care of the car that she was assigned to. I spoke to that conductor who was totally fine with the situation and even tried helping me find information to file the complaint. As I left the train and went down to where she was now boarding passengers. As a cowardice move, she went to the other conductor again and had him close the door I was standing at. I also edited in some footage from when I was denied service at the South Boston red line station back in April on the 14th.
