Delicious crunchy puff pastry shell recipe
This cake is really delicious and will take you very little time to prepare. A very simple recipe for a perfect dessert to serve at the end of a meal.
Ingredients:
1 roll of puff pastry
500 ml of milk
100 grams of sugar
40 grams of cornstarch
essence of vanilla
30 grams of chocolate chips
150 grams of raspberry jam
cooking time: in the oven at 180 ° for 30 minutes
Recipe difficulty: 7/10
STEPS:
In a saucepan, pour 500 ml of milk, 100 g of sugar and a little vanilla extract
Add 40 gr of cornstarch
Stir with a whisk to remove lumps
Stir until the cream boils and thickens
In a pan, place a roll of puff pastry
Pierce the surface of the puff pastry with a fork
Fill the cake with 150 grams of raspberry jam
Spread the jam over the entire surface
Now pour the milk cream (it must not be hot!)
Sprinkle with dark chocolate chips
Close the edges of the cake
Finally bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes
Serve the cake when it has cooled down
Eat and enjoy!
