Hunger or should I say, global famine has long effected humanity,

from time to time those in positions of power utilize food, specifically food shortages as a weapon against the population and with the current state of global affairs being as they are, we see the recipe, a perfect storm that could align with Gov/Corps agenda for global depopulation.
