How to make crunchy vegetable & cheese rolls

Ingredients:
8 rice sheets
150 grams of edamer or cheddar type cheese
1 carrot
2 courgettes
a pinch of garlic
a pinch of salt
extra virgin olive oil
Recipe difficulty: 8/10
cooking time: 10 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees
Steps:
Cut two courgettes in this way
Similarly, also cut a carrot
Pour a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil into a pan
Pour the chopped vegetables
Add a pinch of salt and a pinch of garlic powder
Cook the vegetables for 10 minutes, stirring from time to time
Now dip a sheet of rice in hot water
Fill it with the previously cooked vegetables
Add a few cubes of cheese
Close it in this way
Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper
Then brush them with extra virgin olive oil on both sides
Cook them for 10 minutes at 200 degrees and the rolls will be ready!
