This is the phone call by the Mayor of Salem Massachusetts Secretary made to Salem Police. I edited it over the situation which led up to the phone call.

officer Gonzalez that showed up to city hall before the call was made by Jennifer Wessel. I believe Gonzalez was called there by the city hall employee as a personal cavor to deal with the person that was making her feel uncomfortable. At no point did Gonzalez #223 do anything how she should have.
