"I Don't Know" What Happened. Clueless Cop Makes Everything Worse. Balzarini.

This was on Friday June 24th 2022 at approximately 12 07, on Lafayette street in Salem Massachusetts. Officer Balzarini showed up on scene for a call that a man and woman were being by a woman in a cheetah print dress. As officer Balzarini spoke to this woman the reporting party approached the officer asking him if he could speak to him after. The woman then charged that man again grabbing on to his shirt trying to pull him down to the ground also straching him. This happened for 22 seconds while officer Balzarini stood by and watched. He finally got within distance and leg swept her, head first into the building. These actions caused a victim to be a victim for a second time and the suspect to also become a victim.
