Uneducated Officer Balzarini Confronts Me Without Mask. Tries To ID Me. Intimidation Fail. Salem PD.

As I was walking downtown Salem this morning I came across two officers illegally parked enjoying their coffee at one of the local restaurants. After having a conversation with the parking enforcement officer but the new rules and regulations do to the shutdowns, I decided to go and ask the officers why they do not have to follow the same parking rules. A new officer on my channel Officer Balzarini decided to make contact. I have a feeling he may have regretted that decision. After our interaction I decided to go take a walk around the Salem Police station. I came across the backup K-9 Officer that pass by along with car 24 officer Balzarini in which I grab some Drone footage of him leaving the station.
