CrossFit/ Powerlifting combined for a 3 lift circuit of Squat, bench, deadlift and no rest. As many rounds as possible. Weight of 3 lifts equals 1,000 lbs. I used approximately 85% of my one rep max for each. Incredibly taxing, great cardio. I did 10 rounds in this video. How many can you do? Let’s get this workout to go mainstream!
