Meat stuffed zucchini with bacon recipe

Ingredients:
500 grams of minced meat
4 round courgettes
100 grams of bacon
basil
2 tablespoons of Parmesan
1 egg
a pinch of pepper
a pinch of garlic
a pinch of salt

Steps:
First empty the courgettes, I used the round ones
You can help yourself with a teaspoon
Blend the inside of the zucchini
Then put 500 grams of minced meat in the mixer, add a few basil leaves
Add an egg
Add 100 grams of bacon
Add 2 tablespoons of Parmesan
And finally add a pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper and a little garlic powder
Blend everything
Add the blended zucchini to the meat
And stuff the courgettes with the mixture
Place the courgettes in a pan lightly greased with extra virgin olive oil
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes and enjoy!
