In this video, we look at self-defense against a choke on a wall.

If you do get placed in a choke by a bigger guy, you need to act fast because things can quickly get dangerous. If you do, immediately strike the face of your opponent.

Extend your arms to strike and if you have the range, crank the neck of your assailant or gouge his eyes so that he lets go of the choke.
