Today I show off an extension that will allow you to view public dislike counts again called "Return YouTube Dislike".

From the projects FAQ they state that they will be able to view YouTube dislikes through the API until December 13th, and after that will use a variety of methods to estimate the number of dislikes on YouTube videos.
