TINY TYRANT Officer GREEN DEFENDS DEMOTED CAPT. "She's A Great Captain" Kate Stephens.

On Friday June 5th I was at a protest to remove a captain from the Salem Police Department. This is because she has been put on administrative leave due to the insensitive tweet she put out on the Salem Police Department Twitter account. This just proves what I've been saying over the past year. This Captain is unprofessional and incompetent. She has been with this Police Department for 24 + years. She is the accreditation and training officer, which goes to show why this Police Department is so horribly trained. I walked away from the protest for about 45 minutes. While I was away I walked upon three officers. Officer green shows his true colors once again. He's a tyrant I'm asking himself as a good officer.
