✨FLU SHOT SOUP 🍲✨

🥄 INGREDIENTS
🔸8 cups organic vegetable or chicken broth
🔸2 cups purified water
🔸2 inch ginger grated
🔸2 Tbps turmeric
🔸1/2 tsp cayenne pepper🌶
🔸1/2 tsp dried thyme
🔸Juice of 3 lemons🍋
🔸1 bunch parsley chopped
🔸1/2 cup organic Quinoa
🔸5 cloves of garlic
🔸1 tsp Himalayan salt

🥣 PREPARATION
🔹Take a big pan. Heat it on medium flame.
🔹Add 1-2 tbsp Virgin coconut or olive oil.
🔹Add cumin Seeds, fresh Ginger, garlic cloves, turmeric and Cayenne powder
🔹Add 1tsp of Salt.
Mix well.
🔹Cook until Ginger and garlic turns light brown.
🔹Now add quinoa, chopped parsley and dried thyme.
🔹Pour in broth and purified water and mix well.
🔹Bring to boil and then simmer for 15 -20 mins.
🔹Turn off gas
🔹Season with black pepper and lemon juice and serve hot.
