Chinup Isometric Hold (Supinated Pullup Hold)

Using a supinated grip (palms facing you), perform 1 chinup or jump into the chinup position. Flex your entire body to engage more muscle groups. Imagine you are digging your elbows into your hips trying to pull your head up high the entire time. Point your toes to engage your legs and core and hold for the alotted time.
