Supine Weighted Butterfly Stretch

Lay on your back with your heels together close to your butt. Load your knees or thighs up with either weight plates or sandbags. I am using 10lb ankle weights here so they can contour to my knees and not have to be held in place as much. Breathe into your stretch and let the weight open the hips up for the allotted time.
