Set the smith machine barbell at the desired height in order to perform bodyweight rows. The closer you are to standing straight up the easier it will be. You can lower the height of the bar closer to the ground to increase the difficulty. Walk your fee out and plant your heels into the ground. Make sure to keep your whole body in a straight line. Keeping your arms about shoulder width apart or wider, pull your chest to the bar for repetitions.
Trainer Tip: If you want to work more shoulders and the outside of your arms, use a thumbless grip. If you want to work more forearms and back muscles your thumb and squeeze your grip as hard as you can.
