Sit on a bench perpendicularly, holding onto the front of the bench with your hands. Start leaning back with your legs floating in the air. Keep a slight bend in the knees and squeeze your abdominals when you lift your legs up trying to bring the legs to the torso and the torso to the legs. Breathe out when your legs come up to get a better abdominal contraction.
