COP GOES HANDS ON WON'T ID

Do Not Call Peabody Police (978) 531-1212 to ID Sergeant 529 (Mark Saia who I ID'd once home). He just became Sergeant in March of 2022 and he Assaulted and Battered me, a lawful person who was asking for his name and badge number. They must lawfully should a police ID card when asked by the public, in Massachusetts. Full interaction to be released this week.

Chapter 41, section 98D, every full time officer is required to carry an official identification card to be shown to the public upon lawful request. No department employee will be required to display their Department ID card while performing official duties, but will have it readily available as needed.
