WE CAN'T HELP OURSELVES | YOU ENTICE US AND MAKE US LOOK BAD

This was my visit to the Peabody police department on Friday January 27th 2023, in Peabody Massachusetts. I went there to go get the incident report for my interaction with sergeant Saia on Sunday, January 15th 2023. They told me that the incident report was not ready 12 days after the incident took place. The records officer captain Doug Marcus told me that the incident was still under investigation.

I came across a video of a subscriber of mine that had a phone conversation with captain Richards. Who is taking the complaints along with being the training officer for the department. Seems like a conflict of interest when you are the training officer, also taking complaints for misconduct by police officers you are responsible for training. The same thing happened in Salem Massachusetts and that captain got demoted 2 ranks to sergeant eventually. Captain Richards claims that my 1st Amendment protected activities were disorderly and disturbing the peace at a construction zone. He also said that where I was standing behind the cones out of the street on the sidewalk, always staying behind the cones, was also in the construction zone, which that sidewalk was never closed to public.
