HEARTist plays - they want bully, Lightborn says no - Get back to your Gens, no booli

Been encountering more survivor squads who are into the teabagging, play on the only map they know while being faced with the more ridiculous perks and item add-ons. I tried a dumb build to "counter" booli", which is typically flashlight saves. So obviously:
Lightborn, Iron Grasp, Agitation, Mad Grit. I never got any value out of Mad Grit, but they also love body blocking.
