The reality is that your brain is really good at negative thoughts.

Your brain's number one job is to protect you from danger and danger usually comes with negative stimuli. So your brain has gotten really good at paying attention to anything that is wrong or negative.

But constantly thinking negative thoughts and ruminating on worst case scenarios can be really stressful!

So in this video I’m sharing with you a simple question you can use to help you get out of the negativity spiral:
