In this self defense video, we look at knife to the throat defense from the back.

If you find yourself with an attacker holding a knife to your throat form the back, immediately start defusing the situation.

If you feel that you need to make a move, trap the knife and strike your attacker to the groin area. Use your elbow strikes to stun him. Then, turn around and fight back with all you’ve got!
