"Slow is in control..." I had to tell myself this morning! 🤦🏻‍♀️

When I was feeling behind schedule and trying to get set up for our workshop... well, you can see what (almost) happened in this clip! 😳

I need to hear this advice every day! Because it's so easy to just go, go, go with our to-do lists and forget to be intentional.

Intentional.

Slowly purposeful.

My husband is REALLY good at being intentional and I have learned so much from him!

In fact, he has inspired the simple, methodical approach we follow in Eat God's Way.

And this slow and steady approach is also why so many of our students are successful in getting healthier & happier... in saving time & money... in simplifying to the basics... without yucky, unsustainable fads!

As well as enjoying the process! Because let's face it, you can't enjoy when you're harried. Right?!
