Bedini Battery Flip Flop Circuit

Just a simple concept I was experimenting with for a kind of simple switching device for automatically switching the run battery bank and charge bank so I don't have to do it manually and the goal is for the Bedini device to be able to self operate a very long time. In this circuit Charge Cap 1 and 2 replace a real life battery bank. 12v input is where the radiant back emf 12v+ input from the Bedini energizer goes It helps me simulate and visualize a possible setup. And perhaps it can inspire some folks to come up with something better or even help them out on a similar quest,

This circuit still needs works. It's a concept. I just thought I'd share it with you all.
