Cake to the rescue! A healthy, whole food cake, that is!

I woke up a little under on Monday morning, partially due to not sleeping well.

But the show must go on! Right?!

So we made cake! A healthy, whole food, naturally sweetened blueberry cake. 😋

Yes, I got my regular healthy 3 squares in, too. Protein, whole grains, healthy fats, etc. 🙌🏻

And cake!

I'm so thankful for Eat God's Way.

Because we use a handful of inexpensive whole foods and follow simple recipes... baking truly seems easy! (Except scooping batter into the pan LOL... that felt a little like a workout on this day!)

We're not dirtying a mountain of dishes or following a hundred little steps.

Which makes it that much easier to get healthy, delicious, satisfying desserts, snacks, breakfasts, and main dishes on the table fast.
