The sauce is Stubb’s Sticky Sweet, which I’ve done before at 60Kcal, 13g Carb and 11g Sugar

This is more a cautionary tale about reading labels. I almost got this “Blues Hogg” sauce for kicks. It’s WAY outside my established MSI (maximum sustainable indulgence 😂) at a whopping 100Kcal!! 23g Carb!!! 21g Sugar!!! And the real crazy part is HFCS is t even the first ingredient! It’s on the second line!!

If you’re serious about this “health & fitness” thing, you gotta read labels folks. Don’t just “try” stuff. Determine some left and right limits, ask questions and make choices appropriate to your goals.
