Building an Oceanfront House (Sims 2)

Part 22 of building Sunshine Island! Casual Sunday stream, continuing the build of a private beachfront house and actually finishing it! A three story single family home with two car garage, outdoor patio desk, pool deck, and outdoor roof deck tiki bar area over the garage. Furnishing the second floor rooms, including a baby girls room, teen boys room, and rec room with pool table, darts, seating, music, and exercise area overlooking the ocean. Then we furnish the master bedroom loft with huge ocean views, seating, and relaxed luxury vibe with a master bathroom. We finish the outdoor kitchen area with seating, an infinity pool deck with seating and lights, and the tiki bar...plus some hammocks on the beach! No mods or CC.
