IGN is causing a storm by announcing they will not be reviewing Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP despite the changes for this new version and will instead stick by their 2012 score for the original release.

Many online speculate that IGN doesn’t want to review the game because it doesn’t fit with the company’s politic i.e. pushing to make female characters ugly. This has been a trend in recent years with many gamers noticing games coming out of Western studios falling into this. Meanwhile Eastern developers are still giving fans what they want.
