Discovering How Watch Movements Are Made

In my previous video I tried to figure out the purpose of a mystery tool that was graciously sent to me as a gift by a secondary market watch parts and tools vendor, Federhaus on Ricardo, that I regularly purchase used vintage watchmaking tools and parts from.
