In this video we demonstrate a simple and fast method for removing the brain of a moose.

"Why remove it?" you may ask. Well, the reason is that, for First Nations people especially, the brain is useful for treating hides when tanning them the traditional way. Every animal possesses enough brain matter to tan its own hide later.
