Emilia Pérez Movie Review - Not since the movie CATS, has a film made me question my own existence quite like Emilia Pérez did. What in the world was this supposed to be? Why does it have 13 Oscar nominations? Have I gone mad? Has the world collectively lost its mind? Emilia Pérez is the cringiest movie I've ever sat through. The dialogue is miserable. The performances are laughable. The entire project is a complete and utter miss. Yet, somehow, someway, it is up for Best Picture and a bunch of other awards. Make it make sense!
