Hello Team! We have a great Get Strong" workout for you focused on resistance training and muscle development.
We have 3 rounds of Hammer Curls, Glute Bridges, and Pec Raise exercises each getting more challenging as we add on movements each round (Lunges, Squat Holds, Lateral Raises etc.).
There is 45 seconds of active recovery (Deadbugs) between rounds and a 45 second POWER Jack finisher! We have modifications for each exercise and if a rounds exercise is too challenging go back to the previous version.
All you need is a mat and 2 dumbbells (5-15+ lbs).
