20 Set Full Back Workout (Day 1044)

20250217 Day 1044 Part-2

Post-Conditioning Back & Accessories

I began with 5x sets of Hammer Strength Bi-Lateral Horizontal Row @10+ reps/set

As a secondary, vertical pull I did 5x sets of Wide Grip Cable Lat Pull-downs again @10+ reps/set

For rear delts as an accessory I did 5x sets of Lifefitness Pec-Deck Rear Delt Reverse Flyes. These were @15+ reps/set

Last, for a final accessory and a bit more arm involvement I did 5x sets of Wide-Grip Strict Pull-ups to technical failure at 7+ reps/set
