Combining Training With Diet (Day One)

When trying to get very lean, it may be helpful to train in a way that accentuates your diet. I'm currently doing my version of Lyle McDonald's Ultimate Diet 2.0. (You can see more about the diet in the Fat Loss Updates) This workout is designed to deplete glycogen to aid fat burning/loss and prepare for replenishing glycogen with the high carb day.
