Naughty Dog Told Intergalactic Lead to Expect Backlash | They Know it's Bad

The trailer for Naughty Dog’s newest game, Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet, was not well received upon its release and now it would appear the game developer expected as much.

According to the games lead actress, Tati Gabrielle, she was told by the game’s director Neil Druckmann to expect backlash for the game. This seems like a bad way to run a business, putting out something you expect the audience not to like. Presumably a game studio should be releasing something people want. Tati Gabrielle is naturally playing the identity card as to why her and the game is getting hate, ignoring her choice to antagonize gamers immediately after the first trailer was released to more dislikes than likes on YouTube.
