One of the longtime voice actors for Dragon Age came out in a recent interview to blame the fans for why Dragon Age The Veilguard failed upon its launch.

The obvious reason as to why the game failed is because it prioritized its messaging at the cost of quality. Some have defended the game by pointing out how BoiWare games, especially the Dragon Age franchise, have had social theme in the past. However, for Dragon Age The Veilguard the messaging was the game. Gamers listening to what the creatives were saying about the game and not liking that is not a fault with them, but the game itself.
