Subjects Discussed:
- After all is said and done, only you can control the thoughts you think.
- Worrying and suffering means that you have forgotten that you have designed your journey with the Divine.
- Every part of our journey is here to help us grow, heal and awaken. Trust this and be at peace.
- The more we trust in our Divine plan the more peace you will experience.
- True peace is found when your response to anyone and everything is not "why me?" but "thank you!"
- You are here to be the light of the world, but many times you have to walk through the darkness.
- Look at your past, and see how your so-called difficult times became your greatest learning lessons and wisdom.
- Sacrifice less of your time, focus and energy and you will suffer less. You have free will. You can choose how much to suffer.
- Don't punish or judge yourself when you are suffering, simply learn to recognize the thoughts that are fueling that thought system.
- Perfection does not create imperfectly.
- God wants you to forgive yourself, to drop your darkness, so you can become the light of the world that God created you to be.
- Everyone is always doing the best they can with the emotional and spiritual tools that they have available to them at that moment.
- Being all One, to truly forgive yourself you must forgive all others, no matter how unworthy the ego says they are.
- The ego does not want you forgiving self or others, it wants you in the darkness with it.
- Each judgment you have is a weight you carry. Unburden yourself through forgiveness.
- Being all One, when you judge another you are poisoning yourself.
- When you don't offer another mercy and grace, you are unconsciously teaching yourself that you are not worthy of God's mercy and grace.
- The ego wants you to judge, then judge yourself as less than for judging.
- The more you offer forgiveness, the more natural and normal that behavior becomes.
- Become proactive. Set the goal before every interaction. Remind yourself that you are here to be the light of the world.
- Being at peace in the morning traffic. Excercise.
- Praying for those the ego will have you condemn.
- Finding peace in the workplace.
- What you offer others has to first flow through you. You thus heal or poison yourself with every thought you think of self or others.
- Unloving thoughts show you that the ego is in control of your mind and life - and thus why you feel unfulfilled.
- All the ego demands are simply dead-end roads that lead you no where near the state of peace.
- Our primary purpose is to be a light in the world, in each moment and interaction.
- Finding peace in enclose places.
- Finding a way out of panic attacks. How it all begins with a thought. Take control of your thoughts, and you will have control of your life, and thus of your level of peace.
- Practice going to God when the anxious thought comes to mind. Use the anxious thought to trigger you the decision to go to God.
- The ego shows you when your mind is out of alignment with the mind of God.
- When feeling anxious, have compassion for yourself, invite God in, ask for help.
- In anxious moments, give God your gratitude for helping you practice going from the darkness to the light.
- Where ever you are God is.

Daily Inspiration: April 1. How Much Worrying and Suffering Will We Choose? – Condensed Version

Worrying and mental suffering are signs of a mind that is asleep to its true nature. Such a mind has forgotten that it has co-created its journey in sacred partnership with the Creator of the universe. Worrying and mental suffering are energetic expressions that show us where our mind is out of alignment with the mind of God. When our mind is out of alignment with the mind of God, it is out of alignment with our Divine plan. It is not possible to worry or suffer mentally and at the same time fully trust in our Divine plan. Thus worrying and suffering result because we have forgotten that everything in our co-creation with God is designed with our highest good in mind. Worrying and suffering result because we have forgotten that in some way, shape or form, every part of our journey is here to help us heal, grow and awaken.

Today, let us look back at our past and see how much we learned and grew from our challenging experiences. If learning and growth resulted from these experiences, then were they ever really bad or negative in the first place? If even the experiences where we worried and suffered serve a higher good, then wouldn’t all of our experiences also serve this purpose?...

We hope you will join us for this special opportunity to connect with James and other like-minded people.
