EP38 - How to process a steak roll

Join me as my husband and I process our NY strip steak roll. It takes 30 minutes to get it done, but well worth the result.

NY strip - 17.69lb x $10.29/lb = $182.03 / 16 steaks = $11.38 per steak
Ribeye - 17.94lb x $133.39/lb = $240.22 / 16 steaks = $15.01 per steak

Remember, if you can't afford steak, don't eat steak. It's not required to maintain a meat heavy way of eating. Go with 100% beef hot dogs, ground beef, chuck roast, or even brisket.
