Mini goal shoulder mobility

I’m setting a small goal to do 10 #skinthecat on rings every day for 10 days and see how my mobility in my shoulders is whether it improved or not will decide from there to keep going with it or try something different.

This is in an effort to correct my banana form so I will be working on different stretches on my handstand days as well
